The first step is to check the 3D model or to reconstruct it. This model is the main point of reference on which our teams rely to design the production ranges and programmes. Control programmes are also carried out before launching production. Our philosophy is to check everything that is accessible on numerical control machines (coordinate measuring machines and optical controllers). This enables us to accumulate and archive all the measurement data for each production. All manufacturing documents are linked to a digital chain whose configuration is controlled.
