Product Quality Assurance (PQA)
WHY USE PQA?
PQA (Product Quality Assurance) is an essential factor in the machining process in order to deliver a reliable and good quality product that meets your expectations. ROCH Mécanique de précision works for many customers and activity sectors, each with their specific requirements. We aim to accommodate your needs and adapt to them as best as we can. Consequently, we do not apply the same organisation to all the products we manufacture. Instead, PQA allows us to adjust our internal requirements for each of our products to meet your specific needs as closely as possible.

Quality control methods
We can currently offer automated production on multifunctional machines (turning and milling) or using a machining centre for small batches. Guaranteed quality, which is a condition for access to our markets, must also be provided cost-effectively.
Quality control procedures include 3D and digital image measurements and a final inspection, all of which provide a lot of data.
Rapidity, precision, traceability of measurements and 100% quality control capability: we work continuously to improve our high quality level, which is already recognised and trusted by our customers.
